Picturefill on some CDNs

Would be awesome if we could get PF2 being hosted by some CDNs (if hasn't happened already). Might be worth pinging the RICG mailing list - there are quite a few big CDNs watching that list, so it could be mutually beneficial if a few of them offered to host (maybe something for @Wilto to ask as Chair?).

It was marked as 2.0.0 stable

@jimaek I'm looking at the /dist folder in the repo. The current .min.js has this header:

/*! Picturefill - v2.0.0 - 2014-05-08

The current version on jsdelivr has:

 /*! Picturefill - v2.0.0-beta - 2014-05-02

Looking at the commit history, there have been 2 code changes: https://github.com/scottjehl/picturefill/commits/master/dist/picturefill.min.js

Yeah I see what you mean, you guys need to update your releases https://github.com/scottjehl/picturefill/releases that's what I used as my source.
I can push a 2.0.0b version to fix this.
