Either by gksudo or the policykit, but one should be able to double-click
the app to start it.

Great idea, I'll work on it.
On my machine I didn't need sudo, so I thought that maybe others wouldn't have
a
problem...

Fixed in the repository.
I've created a bash script to run the program which calls gksudo if required.

I think it would be good if all files except key-mon were moved to a folder.
It's a
bit messy and hard for someone new to figure out what to launch.

But it does work once you find it!
