<lb ed="#L" n="7"/>generali & speciali.

<!--1--> POST hoc sciendum est. Superius determinaui
<lb ed="#L" n="9"/>magister de baptismo secundum se, & per
compa<lb ed="#L" n="10" break="no"/>i rationem ad suscipientes, hic determinat de eodem
<lb ed="#L" n="11"/>per comparationem ad ministros conferentos. Et
<lb ed="#L" n="12"/>diuiditur in duas partes. Quia primo determinat
<lb ed="#L" n="13"/>de ministris. Secundo de vsu & solennitate, distinct. 6. Nunc
qui<lb ed="#L" n="14" break="no"/>bus liceat baptizare. Prima diuiditur in tres. Primo enim
osten<lb ed="#L" n="15" break="no"/>dit quando possit a bonis & a malis dari baptismus. Secunde
<lb ed="#L" n="16"/>assignat rationem. Tertio mouet dubium circa potestatem
mi<lb ed="#L" n="17" break="no"/>nistrorum, & soluit. Secunda ibi, quia ministerium tamem habent.

ba<lb ed="#L" n="21" break="no"/>ptismus a bonis & malis ministris dari potest, & aeque datur al
<lb ed="#L" n="22"/>vtrisque. Non enim peior baptismus datur a malo quam a
bo<lb ed="#L" n="23" break="no"/>no, nec melior a bono quam a malo, nec majus, nec minus, sed
<lb ed="#L" n="24"/>aequale munus datur in baptismo, & a bono & a malo, quia non
<lb ed="#L" n="25"/>est hominis munus, sed Dei: & id pluribus aucto ritatibus
confir<lb ed="#L" n="26" break="no"/>matur. Postea dicit quod huius tota ratio est, quia baptismus non
<lb ed="#L" n="27"/>est eorum, sed Christi. Christi enim in baptizando ministerium
<lb ed="#L" n="28"/>tantum habent: potestatem autem Chiistus retinuit, vnde non
<lb ed="#L" n="29"/>dicitur baptismus Petri vel Pauli, sed Christi: potuit tamen
po<lb ed="#L" n="30" break="no"/>testatem baptizandi dare hominibus, sed noluit ne tot essent ba
<lb ed="#L" n="31"/>ptismi quot homines & ne homo in homine spem poneret, quod
<lb ed="#L" n="32"/>auctoritatibus confirmat. Vitimo quaerit quae sit illa potestas
<lb ed="#L" n="33"/>quam Christus potuit dare hominibus, & non dedit. Et
respon<lb ed="#L" n="34" break="no"/>det magister secundum quosdam quod potestas dimittendi pec
<lb ed="#L" n="35"/>cata. Contra quod obiicitur, quod potestas qua Deus dimittit
<lb ed="#L" n="36"/>peccatum est idem quod Deus, ergo non potuit creaturae dare
<lb ed="#L" n="37"/>hanc potestatem. Item si potestas dimittendi peccata potuit &
<lb ed="#L" n="38"/>potest communicari creaturae, ergo & potestas creandi. Et
re<lb ed="#L" n="39" break="no"/>spondet magister ad primum quod potestas dimittendi
pecca<lb ed="#L" n="40" break="no"/>ta, quae creaturae posset dari, esset potestas cuiusdam
coopera<lb ed="#L" n="41" break="no"/>tionis, vt sicut creatura cooperatur Deo in exteriori
mundatio<lb ed="#L" n="42" break="no"/>ne per modum ministerij, ita posset cooperari in interiori. Ad
<lb ed="#L" n="43"/>secundum respondet quod potestatem creandi potest creaturae
<lb ed="#L" n="44"/>communicare non ita quod esset per auctoritatem, sed per
mini<lb ed="#L" n="45" break="no"/>sterium, quae tamen opinio a modernis non tenetur. Et in hoc
<lb ed="#L" n="46"/>terminatur sententia lectionis, &c.
