Incorrect Position CSS

The CSS for the toast-top-center class is incorrect. Right now it is the same as top-right. It should be something like the following:

.toast-top-center {
    top: 12px;
    left: 50%;
    transform: translate(-50%, 0);
}

With version 18.0.0, It is working. Give it a try
