Mostly a bugfix release to deal with regressions due to the build system move.

Important changes:

• Install .ui file for GUI
• Fix compilation of LaTeX dictionaries
• Compatibility with older meson versions
• Ensure CSV files are opened with UTF-8 as encoding
• Update compatibility to newer python versions

Overview of Changes in SDAPS 1.9.12

This release contains an urgent bugfix for the detection code. In addition to
this, the build system has been moved to use meson, as the old build system is
deprecated and got harder to maintain in the long run.

See the README for build instructions. To enable the LaTeX class build and
installation, pass -Dlatex=true to meson setup.

• Fix checkbox position detection
• Change build system to meson
• Move LaTeX translations into sdaps-class repository

Important changes:

• Update setup.py to work with newer python versions
• Include all required files in the tarball

1.9.10

Please note that the system LaTeX files will be used preferentially. However,
some version of TeXLive may not work correctlue due to changes in LaTeX 3.

As such, distributions should check whether the version provided by
TeXlive/CTAN is working correctly. If not, you should continue to use the
LaTeX files provided in this bundle (pass --build-tex/--install-tex).

Important changes:

• New LaTeX class fixing compatibility and other issues
• Delete image files on reset
• Fix an issue after resetting a project
• Export checkbox data separately for single choice questions
• Export invalid single choice responses using strings (in new projects)
• Change logging to be 1 based for pages (rather than 0)
• Permit modifying the corner mark positions
