Problem to find all epochs for a target.

When a search by coordinates is done for a boss target with multiple epochs, only the first epoch is showed in the result page.

At present, we are only returning the epoch with the specprimary flag set. While this is the epoch that we want to display by default, we should also include a way to get all of the available epoch

Additionally, at present, we don't have the option to include any field-epoch or allepoch (custom) coadds. If we don't want to add this capability for DR19, we might want to default to field-epoch coadds instead of the daily coadds, as these satisfy most survey science requirements and are comparable to the products released in early DRs.
