Ensure privacy metrics are available in the API Docs

According to the User Guide, there are many families of eval metrics like statistical, likelihood, privacy, etc.

For each of these families, I expect to find more details about the metrics in the API Reference. However, I notice that the privacy ones are missing. For eg: sdv.metrics.tabular.CategoricalCAP, sdv.metrics.tabular.NumericalMLP, etc. cannot be found in the API.
