Two quick start guides?

@nileshgovande @shalakadharap @Saumya-Sunder , why are there two quick start guides in the docs/ folder? https://github.com/Seagate/cortx-s3server/tree/dev/docs

Can we please merge this into just one and delete the other one? And make sure that any links to the deleted one are changed to link to the merged one?

Yes the second one is the latest. I have moved the first one to the old folder.

@Saumya-Sunder I see s3server has quickstart guide both in CORTX repo as well as CORTX-S3SERVER repo :

2nd Guide has latest instructions. We need to delete 1st document.
