The setup I'm using on Windows includes Hyper-V, TeamViewer, and KeyLogX. KeyLogX works fine with or without TeamViewer, but when switching to the Windows Virtual Machine Connection, it doesn't work at all and only displays '<255>'

Should the problem remain, it's likely due to how the virtual machine handles keyboard inputs, a factor beyond the script's influence. Please ensure the keylogger is used with the appropriate permissions.
