Description

Select a Library setting in the World>Environment>My Environments floater and click the Trash icon.
Library setting is sent to the trash. Library settings do not belong in the Trash.
Restoring the setting from Trash sends it to the Settings folder.

The Library settings locations are reset upon relogging

Reproduction steps

1. Open My Environments floater via World>Environment
2. Select a Library setting
3. Click the Trash icon
