As we've discussed to focus on publishing the first two projects will take priority as we need to make the project reproducible and make sense when providing diagrams. As the first project should close out in the next 2-3 weeks, I think having a 50/50 split on work effort towards them is a good start.
There are a number of high priority items in the Usability project which I would like to hit after Project Intake has been closed out. Once we're comfortable with the state of the User Interface I'd like to do a 50/50 split between the last two projects.
