The list on https://docs.sel4.systems/processes/release-process.html does not reflect reality:

  • arm-vm-manifest is archived
  • mcs-examples is not in CI or tagged
  • does sel4webserver have CI?
  • sel4tutorials is not a manifest repo

- camkes-arm-vm (and -manifest) is deprecated and archived,
- mcs-examples (and -manifest) have never been in maintained status
- sel4-tutorials somehow made it into the manifest list
