Need to update the column name size for more than 8 characters #107

Hi,

There has been a series of errors and warning am getting. Any specific reason why this column name length is restricted to 8 characters only ??

ValueError: Encoded name longer than 8 characters

Please suggest any good way to update this length , i just updated it to 20 as per my use case.

Need input where would it impact more ??
