lib/Net/Twitter.pod POD file starts with a shellbang #55

lib/Net/Twitter.pod file does not contain any code. It's a plain POD. However, the first line is a shell bang:

#!/usr/bin/env perl

=head1 NAME

I recommend remove the useless shellbang line.
