6/10 ~ 6/17 Scaffolding, prep work

1. Assemble the scaffolding
2. Remove the blue sheet (use stone blocks to hold the sheet down between work
3. Tighten down the floor
4. add a 2nd coat of weather protection
5. Start sorting, measuring and cutting the 2x4 for framing

6/18 ~ 6/25 Framing or more prep work

What we do on here depends on multiple factors.
Is all the material ready?
Has the rain season started yet?

Framing probably wouldn't take more than a few days.

Based on the above

June is mainly prep and framing related work.

July will be insulation, electrical.
If my windows/doors have arrived, I can install them too. Then I can start work on the exterior cladding.
I will not be doing the roofing myself, so when it gets done depends on the roofer's schedule.
I just need to assemble the structure and external insulation.

The only styrofoam we need immediately is for the floor.

The rest can wait, but let's still calculate how much we need anyway. Then discuss with Yokoyama and how we can reduce costs.
use Neolite for the roof and normal blue styro for the walls and floor?

Discussed with Yokoyama about insulation. He agrees with me about using neolite for the roof and blue styro for the walls and floors. This settles the planning.
