Add Pipelines as a valid resource

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In Sensu Go 6.5, pipelines were introduced as a resource. It would be ideal to be able to add them in the same fashion that I can with a check or filter from the collection.

Describe the solution you'd like
Ideally, Pipelines are added as another resource.

Additional context
It's worth noting that adding a Pipeline resource would require that checks support them as an attached resource.
