When an invalid address is set, the agent starts up and does not report any error.

Expected Behavior

The agent reports an error, or even crashes, when an invalid statsd listen address is specified.

Current Behavior

The agent starts up and does not report an error.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. ./sensu-agent start --statsd-metrics-host 192.168.5.5
