Roadmap of umzug v2.0

I'm working on version 2.0. I'll write it with ES2017 so the code will be completely rewritten.

Features

• Umzug class
  • Support built-in storages out of the box with minimal set of parameters.
  • Support custom storages (Allow to pass storage object to Umzug constructor #77).
  • Support globs (feat: Add support for multiple models and migrations folders #33, Ability to traverse sub directories  #80) in migration paths and dynamic object.
• Migration class
  • Support any kind of migration modules, including ES6 syntax (Support ES6 module defaults with Babel6 #85) and dynamic objects (Is there a way to programmatically define migrations? #79).
  • Add support to squashed migrations (Squashed migrations #39).
• Storage classes
  • Add built-in storages
    • Storage (formerly NoneStorage)
    • JSONStorage
    • SequelizeStorage
  • Save execution timestamp along with migration name (Track when the migration is applied #90).
  • Act as mutex (Multiple application instances #59).

API

• Make API solid (revert last migration - reverts all if param is empty object #50, Problem not finding the migration file #32).
• Ensure backwards compatibility where possible.

Testing

• Write unit tests.
• Write cross unit = internal integration tests.
• Write integration tests for Sequelize.

Documentation

• Rewrite API documentation (Problem not finding the migration file #32).
• Write usage examples (Example of best practices in production? #84).
• Write tutorials (Example of best practices in production? #84).

Other

• Add ESLint.
• Optimize npm installable bundle.
• Drop support to node.js < 4. (See Node LTS strategy)
