Form Builder modifications

I'm keen to get a MVP version of the form builder in use.

But, once that's done, we have this tidying up to do:

• the tab titles are the wrong way around. When we're previewing the form, the selected tab is "Visual Form Builder`
• we should integrate the Edit Schema tab that allows schemas to be copy/pasted between projects, or fine-tuned by hand
