CNCC

Customizable Naming Convention Checker can report on identifiers in your code that do not follow certain naming conventions.

Looks like CNCC is not maintained anymore.
There is similar functionality in clang-tidy: https://clang.llvm.org/extra/clang-tidy/checks/readability/identifier-naming.html
