Could take some time to outline stuff like:

• a brief summary of how this applies to Serilog
• timelines when these requirements take effect
• the nature of apps that would trigger such a requirement
• (or, e.g., an example app of yours that will be affected by the requirement)
• an idea of how we programmatically validate that the info is correctly included (i.e. what is the acceptance criteria; how will one know it's complete)

by including some contextual information in the Issue overview please?
