A customer reported their searches seem to have been used today, despite their Google Spreadsheet instances having been closed since yesterday.

Is it possible the script continues running on repeat when the Sheet is closed?

If so is it possible to prevent this, or is it an unavoidable side effect due to to the nature of Google Sheets?

Related to @tanys123's solution for https://github.com/serpapi/SerpApi/issues/3426.

I reverted back to version 16 (which execute duplicated requests, it might be the reason it used up faster than usual). Reversion due to this issue. I am working on new template that resolve this.
