Simplistic workflow to "get started" with recipe development.

On Serpent hosts:

moss install boulder

Elsewhere:

  • Use nightly moss-rs

Blockers: Need boulder in Rust so we can have signed prebuilds. Ideally place them into user's directories outside of the PATH?

Just a note that I have implemented this for the onboarding section in the moss repo for now.
