Allow usage of External SSL - Comodo etc.

I have tested the recipe and works great, would like to have the option to add custom SSL's.

Thanks! Yeah that would be great to add in here once I have the time.

In the meantime, check out the Ansible "copy" procedure. If you have the files you should be able to send the file to the server and set your configs accordingly: https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/latest/modules/copy_module.html

Another thing to add would be maybe the missing SpamAssasing and its entry in postal.yml .
