HOME App Accounts

  1. Home App user can log in with an existing HMISLynk user account, that the user already was using for some other purpose in the given community. Maybe for Tableau or some other app (that doesn't exist yet). Home App could also use those same credentials to make a new account for Home App as well. 2) Home App accounts have nested HMISLynk account. In this scenario, a Home App User that already exists embeds HMISLynk Admin credentials in its existing profile. This Home App user (with admin HMISLynk privileges) can use its embedded administrative credentials to add HMISLynk regular user credentials (for CES, HMIS, etc.) to other Home App users, using the HMISLynk user APIs. So Home App admins can create other Home App users with regular HMISLynk privileges, and never have to leave the HOME App to do it. Your existing log in screen with "Log in with HMISLynk or with HOME App Account" leads me to believe you already well on this path. The good news is we won't have to offer additional OAuth APIs, and you have what you need from HMISLynk in that respect. I do need to make sure that the user apis for provisioning new users, as an admin, are working correctly.
