This upgrades surfman and webxr. The main benefit to this upgrade is that surfman (and thus libservo) no longer depends on winit. servoshell still does, but this should make upgrades a lot easier.

This upgrades surfman and webxr. The main benefit to this upgrade is that surfman (and thus libservo) no longer depends on winit. servoshell still does, but this should make upgrades a lot easier.
