yes, users can't reset their passwords

a password reset email or separate page form

Additional context

originally proposed during [BUG] username, email, and password fields can be left empty when updating user settings #23

Development

allow password reset via email or separate reset password page
- should make a different api method to reset password
- another page like this further clutters top bar
  - so should be added after topbar cleaned up for mobile
  - or w/ user settings moved
