Yes, some changes made to backend branch can be committed back to main repo since fixes dockerfile

Describe the solution you'd like

Should set committing applicable changes to Picard

Additional context

Updated dockerfile for proper image building
API development process flow chart
Graphical representation of what's contained in the API (T5+3B and Picard and their interplay)
Endpoint for file upload
Endpoint for all db files retrieval
Would require a Pull Request (PR)
- Members of the team don't seem active regarding the project's development
