Galaksio sees workflows as failed if the computer is shut down

To Recreate:

Run workflow in Galaksio.
Put the computer in sleep mode
Start it up
Look at Galaksio

Logging out and logging in puts the status to "waiting" instead.

This is as I recall it not the same behaviour as when we debugged things. in March so the question is why usegalaxy.org behaves like this and if it is a general problem.

Apparently the API has been updated and we need to change how we call the API to check job status and this also leads Galaksio to fail noticing when a workflow step is completed.
