[Feature] Search tags with the # instead of $ prefix

What is your feature request?

Minecraft uses # to denote tags, so it only makes sense that REI be consistent with it. Perhaps it could be an option so everyone's years of muscle memory don't get ruined lol (maybe letting players configure all the search prefixes, if possible?).

I'd personally like it on Forge 1.20.1 and 1.19.2 since I use those versions.
