Error:

$ ./configure && make && make check && sudo make install
...
/usr/local/opt/coreutils/libexec/gnubin/install -c -m 644 ./cjpeg.1 /usr/local/man/man1/cjpeg.1
install: cannot create regular file '/usr/local/man/man1/cjpeg.1': No such file or directory
make: *** [install] Error 1
$

Solution:

$ sudo mkdir --parents /usr/local/man/man1
$ ./configure && make && make check && sudo make install
