Action configuration panel shrinks and becomes difficult to configure with multiple handle state responses

This issue impacts components that allow users to configure actions. When multiple actions are specified, the configuration panel shrinks, making it difficult to configure

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any component with action configuration
2. Add multiplem actions to be executed after another e.g. show dialog, handle success and display a confirmation dialog, afterwards handle success and refresh the table and so fourth
3. Actual Results: The configuration panel becomes smaller and results in being difficult to configure

Expected behavior
There should be enough space for configurators to configure effectively

With the current implementation of resizing the panels, it depends on the available space within the configuration area. After utilizing all the space, the issue of shrinking reoccurs. We will revisit this in the future
