Add new style component to properties on Layout components

The request here is to kindly add a new component to the properties section on Layout Components

The components intent is to make the styling of padding's and margins easier. This component will look similar to the one used on Chrome Dev tools.

Selecting a value in padding and margin sections should allow you to edit the value to whatever the user requires.
