calendar: provide RSS feed for various time windows

This is a feature request.

We can see from stats last year that the RSS feeds for the next week and tomorrow were pretty popular:

• http://shift2bikes.org/cal/viewrssweek.php had >23k views over 2018
• /cal/viewrsstomorrow.php had >7k views over 2018
• /cal/viewrss.php had >6k views over 2018

So...I think it was loved and is used :)

Are any of those used by the calendar widget on the current homepage?

@carrythebanner I don't think so (if you mean http://www.shift2bikes.org/fun2/ anyway). I think they are only used in RSS readers and the like, but they are also the only "new events listing" functionality we have. They are on the classic cal, which has an RSS feed icon (http://www.shift2bikes.org/cal/view3week.php#07-7283 for instance)

Though the rss feeds will have "gone dead" since the new database is the only live database, output examples for the rss feeds can still be found at http://old.shift2bikes.orgcal/rssfeeds.php as an example
