Not compatible with Helm 3

Hey,

I wanted to quickly try this plugin, but it can't be installed on Helm 3 because the helm home command doesn't exist anymore.
A simple solution could be to rely on the helm env command which prints $HELM_PLUGINS which could be used to determine the target path.
I may create a PR for this actually, but I'm not sure if this plugin is still maintained ☹️
