#105 を何かしらの形で実現するための下準備です。
metadata テーブルと tags テーブルにリレーションを設定し、タグ情報の保存をサポートします。
また、Resolver側実装サンプルとして、KomifloResolverとPixivResolverで実際にタグを保存するようにしました。
