configure - Program text - Stree or list of lines?

Currently, cf-lang-program takes string tress for prologue and body arguments. String trees are easy to concatenate. But for the literal code, list of lines (without newline characters) is easier to read and write. Since we don't need performance here, it seems reansoble to go with list of lines.
