Bug描述
经过手动请求发现，一些通过API找出的子域名是可以正常访问的，但是最终汇总产生结果时却没有。

运行环境

系统：Windows 11 x64
Python版本：3.9.16
OneForAll版本：v0.4.5 #dev
科学上网

如何复现

python oneforall.py --target kiwi.com run
例如：多个API都提示发现了“help-graphql.kiwi.com”
手动请求状态码为400
最终生成的csv文件为空

预期结果
对于一些API接口，在参数不正确的情况下出现4xx响应码应该判断为存活

实际结果
最终生成的csv文件为空
