Regarding to:

"We might need a deadline for visual user interface changes if we want to have screenshots in the manual. Probably Monday night.
We probably need a deadline for adding new features. Perhaps Sunday or Monday night?"

Normal work flow requires HR use case -> supervisor use case -> project manager use case built first.
