Normal employee time sheet problem.

Normal user can create time sheet with messing project number and WP no.

Normal user can allocate more than 24 hours to self within in a day.

Alpha input turns total field result 'null'

Even with signature marked, submitted time sheet doesn't get reflected on employee's time sheet approval page.
