重现步骤：

安装启用ldap插件
正确配置ldap连接以及姓名字段
点击测试连接，success
点击保存设置，然后点击手动同步，提示成功同步N个用户
跳转到组织菜单下，能够看到同步的用户，但是真实姓名没有正常同步，显示的是一个path形式的值

版本：12.3.3
