[Bug]: When Select list using ctrl+A we can't able to change the bullet list type

What happened?

When we create any list in ngx-editor and when I select that list with ctrl+A. We can't able to change the list bullet type.

Same thigs happens for some other menu buttons as well. I have a created a custom menu where i have a button to set the default paragraph tags. When doing ctrl+A it disables the button. when the ctrl+A selection removed than its enabled again.
