The Windows Explorer (GUI) functionality is not used to easily point out to the compile build location. The program will need to respect the user's configuration regarding this feature.

Proud to announce I got this working!
The only drawback with this functionality is the use of the extCMD, Explorer.exe, which can only select one file per instance. Meaning, if the user wanted a Git Repository or Archive datafile report requiring simple text and PDF files, it is necessary to require two calls to Explorer to select one of the report files.

If anyone knows how to make this better, I am all for it - as long as it is reasonable. Not really wanting to make a whole new project to improve this functionality....
