Does play-guard support rate-limit control based on request body/url? We need to limit some type queries at sec level. for example 4r/sec.

yes, the RateLimitActionFilter is the general filter that allows access to any request attribute. Just pass in the function that gets the key from the request as the keyFromRequest: R[_] => Any parameter
