Haven't done enough research to see how much stuff this breaks, but needs to happen now that v4 is stable.

We could also use this as an opportunity to migrate to a bootstrap component library like reactstrap to reduce codebase size.

I'm always for removing unnecessary code and it seems like reactstrap is pretty handy. I would say migrating to reactstrap is a good idea and is something that should be done. I don't really know what changes will need to be made in order to get it installed and in working order. We should finish website-v2 before we attempt to migrate over unless this is something that can be done fairly quickly.
