Bug description

"Signal - Private Messenger" No Longer Available
The developer has removed this app from the App Store.

Steps to reproduce

• Open Signal's App Store page on iPhone

Actual result: You will see an error saying the app is no longer available. If the app is already downloaded, it sometimes can receive messages but not send messages. Sometimes the app cannot receive nor send messages.

Expected result: App should be downloadable and updatable. App should continue working properly if it was already downloaded
