It seems most browsers don't round RGB values down but to the nearest integer.
I'm not sure whether this is the exact difference, but I did notice the browser's values were off by one when using One Dark's purple colour - hsl(286, 60%, 67%)
in browser (Firefox and Chrome): #c678dd

Very small change that virtually nobody would notice, but I'm already fearing my issue tracker filling with people complaining about this.
