What MPL license version?

src/inc/UtfCodec.h file states:

Alternatively, the contents of this file may be used under the terms of the
Mozilla Public License (http://mozilla.org/MPL)

But there are multiple MPL license versions. Which one do you have on mind? If the version does not matter to you (see #1), could you please add some clarification to the sources?

We've recently converted license assertions to use SPDX headers which includes the MPL version. This was originally explicitly specified in the LICENSE file, even though not in every source file.
