Dropdowns of submission form don't work

Hello. I'm trying to submit a new token, but the selectors of "Sector", "Stage", "Relationship with project", etc.. don't work. Nothing happens after clicking, options are not displayed.

In the meantime, is there an alternative way to make a submission?
