Icon from SVG in source header, using just the "K" as seen in their favicon and on their social media pages. Colour from this SVG - they use a number of different shades of blue with no indication of which is actually the primary.

My reading of that, @service-paradis, would be that it relates specifically to the content.

I agree with @service-paradis' original read on this, although in typical legal-ese fashion it's confusing, I would classify anything on that website - whether it be blog posts, product info, or indeed logos and imagery - to be content. Perhaps we just need to include the trademark notice in our JSON so we're not 'removing copyright notice' when sharing it?
